What we collect when you sign up. If you opt in through a social account, we receive your name and the verified email address held by that provider, and nothing else. We never receive or store your social account password. We do not post anything to your account.
What we collect in the intake. The answers you give — about your trust, your beneficiaries, your trustees, and your companies — are used for one purpose: preparing your documents. We never ask for, and never collect, Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers online. Those are written by hand onto your signature paperwork when you sign.
Where your answers live. Your intake progress is stored in your own browser so you can stop and return. Your answers are sent to our document service only at the moment your documents are generated.
What we do with your email. We use it to send you your access link, to tell you when your state becomes available, and to send you occasional information about this service. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Leaving. Every message we send has an unsubscribe link. You may also write to us and ask us to delete your email address, and we will.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses only what is necessary to make the intake work and to understand how the page is used. No advertising trackers.
Children. This service is not for anyone under 18.
